This doesn’t mean you go out and start shopping ladies. It does mean doing something for yourself. You could take some time to be alone without any distractions and just enjoy the pleasure of your own company.

Games can be a great way to relieve stress. Put some thought into who you invite to play with to make sure you avoid the game becoming to intense and stressful. There are some great free software games you can download off the internet that are great to help relieve stress
5. Get some decent sleep
Make sure you get enough rest. Disruptions to your sleeping patterns can cause tremendous stress on your body. Part of resting properly is to stop thinking. This may sound impossible but you can control how you react to worrying and constant what-if thoughts about work or money.
